Q: How does the free shipping work at MrWatch? A: MrWatch provides free standard shipping with any order over $25 on domestic orders within the United States. This method is shipped via USPS. Every item shipped from us is fully insured via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please note, delivery time for standard shipping can range from 1 – 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email when this information becomes available in our system. This will also indicate which carrier was used. 
Q: What other methods of shipment do you offer besides free shipping? A: MrWatch also offers: +$3.00 Express (delivery in 2-3 business days) $9.95 2nd Day Air shipping (delivery in 1-2 business days) $24.95 Next Day Air shipping (delivery in 1 business day) These are domestic shipping rates. For international shipping rates, please see questions dealing with international packages. 
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes? A: Yes. However, UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes If you submit an order to a PO Box your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? A: Yes. However, UPS and FedEx do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. If you submit an order to an APO/FPO address, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Q: What are your shipping and delivery times? A: All of our orders will be processed and will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note MrWatch will process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. Also, all items are inspected three times (once by the factory or our distributors, once when it arrives at our warehouse, and once before it is shipped) to ensure its condition, quality and accuracy prior to shipment. If we discover that the item is damaged, defective or out of stock, we will notify you and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order or purchase a different watch if you so desire. Q: Will I have to sign for my package? A: Orders shipped may require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the driver to make alternative arrangements.
Q: My tracking number says my package is delivered, but I do not have it. What should I do? A: If your package shows delivered but you do not have it, there are a few steps to take before contacting us. First, you will need to look around your house, check with neighbors or a front office area if you live in an apartment/condo complex to see if you can locate the package. If you still cannot locate the package, you should contact the local USPS, UPS or FedEx to see if they are holding your package at their location. In the unlikely event that you still cannot locate the package, you will then need to contact us as soon as possible. Please make sure to have the name on the account and/or order number ready and available.
Q: What is your shipping guide? A: Mr Watch offers same day shipping on most orders if we receive and process your credit card before 12:30PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:30PM EST, placed on Saturday, or placed on Sunday will usually be processed and shipped the following business day. Order Delivery For Standard Shipment: Order Date + Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping Time (1 - 7 days business) For USPS Priority Mail: Order Date + Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping time(2 - 3 business days) For Expedited Shipping: Order Date + Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping time(2 - 3 business days) For 2nd Day: Order Date + Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping time (2 business days) For Next Day: Order Date + Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping time (1 business day) For Canada Shipments: Order Date + Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping time (5 - 7 business days) For Other International Shipments: Order Date + Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping time (6-20 business days) Please note that overnight orders placed before 12:30PM EST on Friday will be shipped via overnight and delivered on Monday, which is the next business day. We do not currently offer Saturday shipping.
Q: If I request next day shipping, will I get my order the next day? A: Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. Also, as stated on our website, all orders ship within one to two business days. After that time, your order will then be shipped the method you selected.
