Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes! The quality of our watches coupled with the prices we offer are unmatched, and we want to share this with as many people we can around the globe. Standard shipping rates to Canada and the United Kingdom are $9.95. These are sent fully insured. We also offer Expedited Shipping to Canada and United Kingdom for $24.99. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. If you do not see your country available for billing or shipping purposes, please note: We are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for our customers in nearly 200 countries. Unfortunately, if you do not see your country listed as a country that we ship to, this may be for a variety of reasons. Our international carriers may not service the region or country, and we are not able to ship using alternate methods. Or we may have a high rate of fraudulent orders coming from these countries. We may also not accept billing information from certain countries. Our payment processing system is always updating to include new regions; however, your country may not yet be supported by our payment processing system.

A: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees and administrative fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If you purchased Express delivery, it will take 1-3 business days to arrive after shipment occurs. UK Shipments After shipment occurs, it will take 4-14 business days to arrive, in addition to possible time spent in customs for standard shipments. If you purchased Express delivery, it will take 1-3 business days to arrive after shipment occurs. All Other International Shipments After shipment occurs, it will take 2-5 business days to arrive, in addition to possible time spent in customs. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Q: Are there any limitations if I ship an order internationally? A: For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Mr Watch, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

All other international shipments to other applicable countries costs $39.99, and this takes 2-5 business days to arrive after shipment occurs. These estimates do not include any additional time required in customs for clearance procedures for your country. Please also note that you may be subject to administrative fees, duties or taxes levied by your country once your package arrives.
Q: I’m in Canada, how will you ship to me? A: Your package will be shipped from the United States. If you chose Standard Shipping: upon arrival in Canada, the package will transfer to the Canada Post and CanPar who will make the final delivery to you. Also, oftentimes it can take 5-7 business days or more for the tracking number to update online. You can rest assured that your order has been shipped and is currently transit to you. Delivery time to Canada is 4-14 business days with some additional time in customs. Typically orders are delivered within 10 business days, however there are rare cases when delivery is made closer to the 14 business day deadline. If you choose Express Shipping, this method is shipped via FedEx and will arrive within 1-3 business days. Please note these delivery estimates do not include any additional time spent in customs. You will also be responsible for any customs duties or taxes when the order is delivered to you. This is presented as two increments: administrative fees (for paperwork) and import tax on the item.

If shipping with Standard Shipping, upon arrival in the UK, the package will transfer to the Yodel, Royal Mail, or the Home Delivery Network who will make the final delivery to you. Also, oftentimes it can take 5-7 business days or more for the tracking number to update online after it was . You can rest assured that your order has been shipped and is currently transit to you. Delivery time to the UK is 7-23 business days with some additional time in customs. Typically orders are delivered within 14 business days, however there are rare cases when delivery is made closer to the 23 business day deadline. If you choose Express Shipping, this method is shipped via FedEx and will arrive within 1-3 business days. Please note these delivery estimates do not include any additional time spent in customs. You will also be responsible for any customs duties or taxes when the order is delivered to you. The shipping carrier will present this in the form of administrative fees for paperwork and import tax for the item you have purchased.
