Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes! The quality of our watches coupled with the prices we offer are unmatched, and we want to share this with as many people we can around the globe. Shipping rates to Canada are $24.95, and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. These are sent fully insured. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Shipping rates to all other countries are $42.99, and are shipped via USPS Express Mail International, unless restricted. These are sent fully insured. Q: Will I have to pay customs, duties or taxes on my international shipment? A: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 
Q: How long will it take for my international package to be delivered? A: Canada Shipments After shipment occurs, it will take 3-10 business days to arrive, in addition to possible time spent in customs. All Other International Shipments After shipment occurs, it will take 3-5 business days to arrive, in addition to possible time spent in customs. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Q: I placed an order for international shipment, and I was asked to provide additional documentation. Why? A: Every international order we receive must go through our verification department. This rules out fraud, and protects our customer's information. If our verification department rejects the order, we will require additional documentation to be able to process the order. We will ask for a copy of the buyer's driver's license, a copy of the credit card and a signed statement authorizing us to charge your card. This procedure would be the same if you purchased something at a store. You would provide your credit card, the store would verify ID by looking at your license, and you would then sign the receipt. If these documents are requested, your order may be delayed until we hear from you. We do apologize for this, however, we only ask for these documents to protect your security.
Q: Are there any limitations if I ship an order internationally? A: For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Mister Watch Online, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
