Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: MrWatch will accept payment via credit card, (American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover). We will also accept wire tranfer's by phone for very large orders. Please contact our customer support team for more information. Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order will not be charged until it ships out of our warehouse. Authorizations freeze up the dollar amount from your account, in order to ensure that these funds are available when MrWatch charges the card after the order ships. Please make sure that your billing address matches the credit card you provide to ensure the fastest processing. If it does not match our verification team will not be able to process your order for shipment, and your order may be delayed 24-48 hours while undergoing additional verification of the details you have provided.

Q: How do I pay via cashier’s check or money order? A: We currently do not accept payment via cashier's check or money order. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us via customerservice@misterwatchonline.com or by calling toll free, 1-877-493-6847.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax? A: Mister Watch Online is located in Ohio, and therefore any orders being shipped to Ohio will be charged sales tax rate of 6.5%. Any and all other orders being shipped outside of Ohio will NOT be charged sales tax.
