Q: How do I cancel my order? A: You can cancel an order that has not yet entered the shipping process. We strive to provide the best service to our customers for each and every order. This does mean we ship your package as quickly as possibel. Please understand that if your package has already shipped, your order cannot be cancelled at that time.
